With over 25 years of experience in the animation industry, John (J.D.) Ryan has established himself as a trusted collaborator with

renowned filmmakers and industry icons.

Starting his journey at Skellington Studios in 1995 and later joined Walt Disney Feature Animation in 1997.

 

In 2005, he served as Editor on the #1 Box Office animated feature, "TMNT" (2007). His exceptional work led to

collaborations with industry leaders like George Lucas and Disney Legend, Don Hahn.

Throughout his career, J.D. has been involved in diverse projects, from Live Action and Animated  feature films to animated TV series, award-winning documentaries, and short films.

​

Currently, he's showcasing his talents at Disney TV Animation, contributing to the series "Hamster and Gretel."

​

As a natural leader and team player, J.D. is versatile and enthusiastic about taking on a variety of roles, be it lead,

associate, or even assisting. His skills span both Live Action and Animation, and he is interested in working for features, series, or

documentaries.
